When Customer End-User Data is submitted to Keewano by our customers as part of their use of the Service:

Keewano acts only as a processor/service provider.

  1. Our customers determine what Customer End-User Data is collected. 
  2. Keewano processes such data solely according to the customer’s instructions and applicable agreements. 
  3. The customer’s privacy policy governs the collection and use of Customer End-User Data. 

If you are a Customer End User, please refer to the privacy policy of the Customer Application you are using.

Requests from Customer End Users

Keewano has no direct relationship with Customer End Users.

To access, correct, or delete your data as an end-user:

  1. You must contact the relevant Keewano customer directly (the operator of the Customer Application).
  2. Keewano will support customers in fulfilling such requests where required by law and contract.

Retention of Customer End-User Data

Keewano retains Customer End-User Data only as long as necessary to:

  1. provide the Service to the customer,
  2. comply with legal obligations,
  3. resolve disputes,
  4. enforce agreements.

After that, the data is deleted or anonymized.
